RightNOW Women PAC sat down with this very busy candidate for Georgia's 11th Congressional District to find out what makes Tricia tick!

RNWP: Tricia, what is your 8:00 a.m. beverage of choice? Your 6:00 p.m. beverage of choice?

TP: 24 oz of black coffee, at 8:00 a.m. and at 6:00 p.m.

RNWP: What is your ideal birthday indulgence?

TP: A facial and a pedicure.

RNWP: Who are your female Republican role models?

TP: Congresswomen Cathy McMorris-Rodgers (R-WA), Martha Roby (R-AL), Ann Wagner (R-MO), and Diane Black (R-TN); First Lady Betty Ford; Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.

RNWP: What is the one must-have item in your purse at all times?

TP: My Halo pocket mobile phone charger to keep my phone going through fundraising calls.

RNWP: What beauty tip have you learned from campaigning and life on the road?

TP: In the south, you learn that any piece of paper can be used as a blotting paper. 

RNWP: What is the best piece of advice you have received and who gave it to you? 

TP: Our Cobb County Commission Chairman Tim Lee said "Learn the art of the 10-minute power nap" and see previous question about 'must have item' --I learned about Halo pocket chargers from Congresswoman Ann Wagner.

RNWP: What the biggest challenge young women face today?

TP: Resisting the urge of letting other people and culture define you as an individual.

RNWP: Describe your ideal Friday night?

TP: Parks and Recreation marathon, BBQ sandwich, high school sweetheart/husband by my side.

RNWP: Beach or mountains?

TP: In GA we have both--who has to choose?

RNWP: Winter or summer?

TP: Both. I love boots and flip-flops.

RNWP: Chess or Checkers?

TP: Chess. Always.

RNWP: Athletic shoes or heels?

TP: Heels. It’s the easiest way for me to be tall.

RNWP: Sports or drama club or a good book?

TP: Sports of course. Anytime the Braves beat the Nationals, it’s a good day.

RNWP: What does it mean to be a Republican woman today?

TP: The same thing that it has always meant: we value the individual and want opportunity for every single person in the world to make their own destiny.
