This event is hosted and paid for by RightNOW! and RightNOW Women PAC. Not Authorized by any Candidate or Candidate’s Committee. Joint checks are not accepted. Checks should be made out separately, where needed.

RightNOW! is an organization recognized as exempt under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code and accepts unlimited contributions from individuals, corporations, unions, or trade associations made solely for the general purpose of the organization. However, RightNOW! does not accept funds from foreign entities, or any funds designated for a political purpose. RightNOW!’s policy is to not provide the names of its donors to the general public. Contributions to RightNOW! are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

RightNOW Women PAC is a federal qualified PAC registered with the Federal Election Commission and may accept $5,000 per election from candidate committees and individuals, $5,000 per year from PACs, state, district and local party committees, and $15,000 per year from national party committees. Contributions from foreign nationals and federal government contractors are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year. Contributions to RightNOW Women PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
